Return Merchandise Procedure
All products returned must be identified with a RMA number issued by online RMA request form. Any Shipping & Handling charges reflected on your invoice will not be refunded in event of return for credit or exchange. Products returned to Swift24 without a RMA number will be considered as Unauthorized return. Swift24 may choose, at its discretion, to refuse to accept the unauthorized returns. You will be held liable for any charges associated with sending any unauthorized returned product(s) back to you. Refused shipments will incur two-way shipping charges (twice the shipping charges reflected on your invoice). Swift24 is not responsible for any loss or damage of unauthorized return products.
Return product to Swift24:
Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via online form. Please click here for our online RMA request form.
Fill out the RMA form completely by providing the invoice number, your contact e-mail and reason for return.
A RMA number will be issued via this form, valid for 15 days. The RMA number will be void if returned product is not received by Swift24 within 15 days from the RMA issuing date.
Return Merchandise Shipping Instruction
After you submit your online RMA request, your request will be processed and you will receive an email response with complete instructions on how to proceed with the RMA.
If you do not comply with the above listed requirements, you may be subject to a service charge and possible delay of RMA processing. The remaining product warranty may be deemed void and null at Swift24 discretion. Return products may be shipped back to you un-repaired, and subject to various charges under following circumstance:
a) £15 charge plus return freight: - products that were not purchased from Swift24.co.uk; - products with void warranty due to unauthorized addition/deletion/alteration of parts; - return without proper authorization, documentation, original packaging, fault description or accessories.
b) £10 testing fee plus £10 handling, and return freight for returned component products with no defect found.
c) £30 testing fee plus £15.00 handling, and return freight for return system products with no defect found.
d) £45.00 labor charge per hour, plus parts and return freight for testing and/or repairing products that are out of warranty for any reason.
22.3 For products returned to Swift24 after 30 days from invoice date, and covered by manufacturer warranty, Swift24 will assist customer to forward return products to manufacturer for warranty service.
Unauthorized Returns & Refuse Shipments
If you wrongfully refuse to accept your order or return product(s) without legal excuse or authorization, you will be held liable for a service fee minimum of £5 or 15% of the purchase price, plus any shipping and handling charges incurred. Swift24 may choose, at its discretion, to refuse to accept the unauthorized returns. You will be held liable for any charges associated with sending any unauthorized returned product(s) back to you. All returned items must be in original packaging with full fault description. Swift24 Computers will not be liable for any damage to items that are not adequately packaged and damaged in transit to Swift24 Computers.

Please Note, if products purchased from Swift24 Computers are found returned with illegal software or are faulty due to accident, neglect or misuse you will not be able to return the item to us. We are responsible for reporting any illegal activities to the authorities. This does not affect your statutory rights. Swift24 Computers can not be held liable for any loss of data stored on any product sent for testing. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that data is backed up where possible before returning the product.

16. Product Warranty - Component
16.1 Products found Defective On Arrival (DOA) within the DOA period from the invoice date may be returned for replacement. You are liable for all freight charges for sending any items back to Swift24 for replacement or repair. Swift24 reserves the right to replace defective parts with equivalent parts, new or re-conditioned, as we deem necessary. Products that are found defective after the DOA period will be covered by manufacturer's warranty ONLY. Swift24 is not a manufacturer and is not directly liable for any defective items. Swift24 does not inspect any items prior to shipping. Motherboard testing services can be purchased separately. Defective CPU, memory, and hard drive products MUST be services directly by the manufacturer. For Intel and AMD OEM CPU's, Swift24 provides a 60 day repair warranty only. For hard drives products, if direct warranty service is refused by the manufacturer, Swift24 will provide up to one year repair/replacement service upon approval.
Excludes:
1. All refurbished and clearance products will be covered within 15 days from invoice date for repair warranty ONLY. After 15 days from the invoice date, manufacturer's warranty will apply if available.
2. The following items are not returnable due to manufacturer's policies: TV, Plasma Screens, Blank Media Cartridges, Cisco, Creative Labs, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Intel, MSI, NEC, Notebooks, Printer Cartridges, Retail Boxed Processors, Software, Sony, and Tektronix products. The manufacturer will provide direct assistance with any necessary replacements.
17. System Warranty
17.1 Swift24 offers a minimum of one-year parts and labor warranty for Swift24 configured computer systems unless otherwise specified. Warranty upgrades are available at time of purchase. This warranty coverage is effective from the original invoice date. Any modification (excluding upgrading/downgrading components) of the initial hardware configuration without the written approval or consent from Swift24 will void this warranty. Physical damages, including but not limited to negligence, misuse, faulty installation, irregular use and mishandling, voids all warranties offered by Swift24 and/or the manufacturer. Swift24 reserves the right to replace defective parts with equivalent parts, new or re-conditioned, as we deems necessary.
17.2 CONFIGURED AND ASSEMBLED SYSTEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Configured and assembled systems include but are not limited to configured desktops systems (including "Mini PC" systems), notebook systems, server systems, and storage appliances (NAS, DAS). These systems are built according to customer request and specifications, therefore cannot be returned for credit or refund.
17.3 Swift24 DOES NOT accept returns or refunds on configured systems. All Swift24 systems are built to order and cannot be exchanged or returned.
18. Return Policies - Component
18.1 Swift24 WILL NOT accept any product(s) for any type of return without an RMA number issued by Swift24 online form. You will be liable for the shipping charges to send any merchandise back to Swift24. Refused shipments will incur two-way shipping charges. Do not include the accessories, drivers, and/or manuals unless specifically requested by us. We do not ship accessories, drivers, and/or manuals with the replacement part(s). You will be liable for any applicable miscellaneous charges listed below.
18.2 Swift24 DOES NOT accept any liability for any products not purchased through Swift24, which are returned in conjunction with products or components being sent for repair, replacement, or refund. You shall be held liable for any additional shipping charge associated with sending such items back to you.
18.3 SHIPPING, HANDLING, INSURANCE, LABOR, SERVICE/FINANCE CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
18.4 CPU's Memory, and Hard Drives are only covered by a 7-day warranty period, from the original invoice date.
18.5 Within 30 days from the original invoiced date:
a) Non-Defective products can be returned with original packaging box unopened and in resalable condition. 15% restocking fee will apply for return for credit/exchange. No returns for non-defective product will be accepted once the original packaging box is opened.
b) For defective products, please contact the manufacturer for direct warranty service. Please refer to the link below for manufacturer contact information: http://www.swift24.co.uk/warranty.php
c) For manufacturers not offering direct warranty service, product can be returned with the original packaging box in resalable condition and complete accessories. 15% restocking fee will apply for return for credit/exchange. Any Shipping & Handling charges reflected on your invoice will not be refunded in event of return for credit or exchange. No returns will be accepted for defective products if the original packaging is damaged and/or missing accessories.
18.6 After 30 days from the original invoiced date:
